Brewers House

A grand house with a modern interior in the heart of Southwold with views of the Lighthouse and a short stroll from the beach, pier and beautiful beach huts.  The large airy eat in kitchen/diner is an ideal entertaining space to get friends and family together – with French doors leading out to the private gated courtyard for al fresco dining.

The ground floor bedroom with king size bed is warm and inviting and comes complete with use of the family shower room on the same level. The wide and sweeping staircase leads up to the first floor, with views out to the Brewery and over the rooftops of The Swan Hotel and surrounding buildings.

Upstairs, there are a further two elegant bedrooms: bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 can be a king size or twin dependent on your requirements, we can provide a cot on request which will fit in the king sized room. There is a family bathroom and WC on this level plus a comfy family sized sitting room with TV and sofa.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Brewers House for a small charge however they are not permitted in bedrooms.

You will find small supermarkets plus local greengrocers and many more stores a stones throw away on the high street.  You will also find the Adnams shop where you can stock up on all your beers wines and spirits, you may even want to take advantage of a Brewery and Distillery Tour while in the Adnams home town of Southwold.

The Swan Hotel is just across the forecourt where you will find The Still Room restaurant and the Tap Room bar that you can use during your stay.

Check in days at Brewers House are a Friday or Monday for stays of 3, 4 or 7 nights.  Please note the length of stay may vary around school holidays.
